Hi Kathy,

I just wanted to email as I lie here in bed after such an amazing day….my friends have just left after watching to football and despite the result, I have had such a great evening. On the drive home this afternoon, I started seeing the world in what can only be described as 3D for the first time in 7 years…. it literally felt like the trees and road signs were popping out at me from what had been such a flat world for such a long time. I know I still have much work to do with the process to get closer to my goal but I am already on the path to living a life I love.

Thank you so much for everything… this has literally given me the tools to breathe again.
