Dear Kathy

I hope you’re well. I wanted to send you over a quick E-mail with my progress using the Lightning Process so far. Everything has been great, I’m duing energy like never before and I feel fantastic because of it. As you’ll remember I was desperate to learn the process before I went on holiday to Barcelona. I’ve been back over a week now and wish I was still there! We really had an amazing time. My partner struggled to keep up with me; it’s a big city and we weren’t there for long so we had to see as much of it as possible, and we certainly did! I didn’t want to sleep in the afternoon so if I began to du tired I’d step through the process and off I’d go again. We walked for miles and miles and I was duing pain free with ease for what seems like the first time in forever. Here’s a picture of me in the Med, possibly the only time I was still long enough to have my photo taken….
