I wanted to send you over a quick E-mail with my progress using the Lightning Process so far. Everything has been great, I\u2019m duing energy like never before and I feel fantastic because of it. As you\u2019ll remember I was desperate to learn the process before I went on holiday to Barcelona. I\u2019ve been back over a week now and wish I was still there! We really had an amazing time. My partner struggled to keep up with me; it\u2019s a big city and we weren\u2019t there for long so we had to see as much of it as possible, and we certainly did! I didn\u2019t want to sleep in the afternoon so if I began to du tired I\u2019d step through the process and off I\u2019d go again. We walked for miles and miles and I was duing pain free with ease for what seems like the first time in forever.
