Two months after the Lightning Process<\/p>\n
Hi Kathy, hope you are well. Just thought I would update you on how things are going. Chris and I went away in August to Northumberland and I really enjoyed it, I was a bit uncertain at first but by the end of the 10 days, I found that my sleep patterns had changed and I was able to go to visit places without worrying and having to panic about resting. Since then I have improved again, Saturday was my birthday and I played 18 holes of golf, my first competition in a year ( and came 6th) and go out for a meal in the evening. Last night I went to the theatre and really enjoyed it, the first five minutes I was a bit unsure but used the process before I went and during the show a couple of times and it was great. I am really pleased with the improvements and am looking forward to the rest of the year and even being 50 next year!! Thank you so much I am really glad I made the choice to do something about my life and have passed your details onto several people. Chris has just treated me to a cruise round the Baltics for my 50th which is this weekend and it was fantastic, I did all the trips spent 2 days in St Petersburg and 5 other cities. I am handicap secretary for the golf club now and just steered the high school I work at through the academy process. I still use the process as a support in tricky times but I think I have moved forward a long way since last year.
